Alice CandorPretending is how you draw a veil across your own presence to avoid the impact of what is happening around you. This movement in a dream means you are wearing a mask to move through a world where being seen feels like a risk. You are moving through a time of hiding, seeking a way to exist without being the target of an external force.
The weight of this concealment might be a way to keep a certain tension at bay, as if by not being present, you can remain untouched by the friction of your surroundings. This way of hiding gives you a place to watch the world without being forced to participate in its demands. You find a way to remain intact by staying behind the curtain.
You may find that pretending to be someone else, pretending to be blind, or pretending to be asleep shifts the way you inhabit your own life, as these states allow you to slip into a different perspective or a state of unseeing to avoid the direct gaze of your reality. These variations all serve to distance you from the immediate pressure of being known or being aware.
Pretending to be pregnant means your mask also carries the weight of a silent growth.
By pretending to be dead, you become a still object to let a danger pass you by.
I dream being kept in scary and secure place with lot of people I don’t even know. my colleagues started being killed with machines gun in my presence , then myself I pretend as I was already shot dead then those bad killers set the fire surround the place then I just wake up.
