I and 3 others were receiving a conversation from a woman. She specifically tells me to look at her to fully hear & listen to her. She has only 1 piece of paper in her hand she’s reading from as well as speaking to us. She says “of you 3,” (who are the other two?) “look at/approach this as opportunity to …” I dont recall her words and her guidance to us is not an interest I have or want. The dream shits to being at home…waiting on my partner to come home. Instead a known friend is there, leaving, and what appears to be a violent person, the two of them leave as friends. In the dream, in bed sleeping, a partner does come home–& is changing clothes, bleeding, and tells me im loved & to reduce what i say, to reduce emotionally bleeding, and the partner shares whats needed so we function well as a couple. The partner and i both fall asleep, comfortably and lovingly.

I was in a gym operating weight lifting machinery, one machine has me upside down and straps my arms and legs into metal contraptions and when I push out my arms and legs it acts as a weightlifting exercise. I did a few reps with it, and I am down and release myself from it, I saw m left arm bleeding profusely, a stream of blood came out like a spray, the whole floor gets flooded with blood and the walls become red. The gym staff looks at me worried.
