Wading through water, then party climbed a very large, earthen dam, and about halfway up, I got interrupted by two Doberman dogs that scared me at first, but actually turned out helping me. They led me down below the dam, where the water was running over a small spillway area or something similar, and two men, and one young, attractive lady were working. I climbed down a steep, muddy sided ditch that had water running through it. I then saw some roads and heavy equipment.
