This happened on the 1st night of my own period. I saw a woman bleeding, and her uterus and ovaries fell out. She was crying and saying “I did not want to have a child in the first place”. There was a lot of blood, one ovary was stuck and a nurse had to maneuver it out. The uterus was swollen, like it had already birthed the child, and the woman was holding her womb and crying.
