Alice CandorA dead possum shows that the art of feigning vulnerability has finally run out of breath. You may find that a way of navigating your world through a calculated display of helplessness has ceased to function, leaving you to face a reality that no longer responds to such a performance. This dream suggests that the masks you use to avoid direct confrontation are losing their power to shield you from what is actually occurring.
The exhaustion of this old habit leaves a stillness that forces a confrontation with what has been bypassed. There is a risk that the end of this deception brings a sudden exposure to truths you have long kept at a distance. You possess the capacity to move beyond these outdated defenses, as the failure of the old mask reveals the ground upon which you can finally stand. This silence is the space where the performance of weakness ends and your true presence begins.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
