Alice CandorA platypus appearing in a dream suggests that you are navigating a season of unexpected arrivals and social textures that do not fit your usual understanding of how people or news should behave. This dream may point to a movement within your life where the boundaries of what is familiar are being stretched by the presence of something that cannot be easily categorized. You might find that the currents of your daily experience are being influenced by people or developments that carry a singular, hybrid quality, forcing you to reconsider the maps you use to navigate your relationships.
This encounter with the unfamiliar often acts as a mirror for how you integrate the strange into your established order. You are being asked to observe how you react when the world presents you with a figure that defies your logic, as this reveals the flexibility of your own internal landscape. There is a possibility that these oddities bring a sense of disorientation that makes it difficult to find your footing. You possess the capacity to witness these contradictions without needing to resolve them immediately, allowing the strange to settle into the quiet corners of your awareness like a platypus drifting through dark water.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
