Alice CandorA shadow in your dream may be the way your mind introduces a presence that you have not yet allowed yourself to name. This movement often signals a period where you are navigating the boundary between what you know of yourself and the parts of your life that remain obscured by doubt. This dream shows how an unlit corner of your mind begins to cast its shape across everything you perceive.
The way this shadow behaves can change how you meet the things you are avoiding. If the dream feels like a weight, it is because you are standing at the threshold of a confrontation with a truth that has been kept in the periphery. You are experiencing the arrival of an uncertainty that demands to be seen. This process of facing the dimness is how you begin to integrate the parts of your experience that have felt disconnected from your conscious life. The presence of a dark figure makes the dream feel like a worry that has grown too heavy to ignore.
A dark figure turns the dream into a persistent dread that waits for you in the corners of your sight.
You may find that seeing a shadow figure shifts the dream into a direct encounter with a terror that you have not yet found the courage to address.
A black shadow deepens the dream by creating a space where nothing is visible, leaving you to face the weight of what you cannot see.
Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
