Dream about a tractor

A tractor may appear to you as a sign of the weight you are currently carrying in your waking life. This dream shows a slow, grinding effort that demands you stay with the task through its long, unhurried stretches. The dream might be exploring how you manage the friction between your desire for progress and the inherent heaviness of the tasks you have undertaken.

You find your rhythm in how you meet your obligations, moving through a pace where nothing is finished quickly and everything is won by staying the course. You may find that this dream points to a period where the sheer volume of what must be done defines your horizon. There is a possibility that you feel stalled by the very tools you rely on to move forward. You find your way through these long stretches of work by the same persistence that keeps the engine turning. This heavy machinery carries the persistence you are already practicing.

By driving a tractor, you take the reins of your own exertion and decide where the weight is pulled. This engagement changes the dream from a state of being burdened to a state of being in command of your exertion. You find that the rhythm of the work becomes a way for you to direct your own energy toward a chosen end.
