Alice CandorAn old boss coming back suggests a movement toward a previous way of being that once defined your sense of duty or survival. You may find yourself revisiting a psychological landscape where your value was measured by external demands or by the rhythm of a labor you no longer perform. This dream often marks a period where the structures of your past are reasserting themselves, perhaps as a way to test whether the old pressures still hold the same weight they once did.
The return of such a figure can be a way for your mind to weigh the debt you feel you owe to an earlier version of yourself. It might indicate that a way of organizing your life, which was once commanded by another, is beginning to stir within you again. If this movement feels like a heavy shadow, it is because you are encountering the ghost of an old obligation that has not yet been fully released. You find clarity when you realize that the authority which once governed your direction is now merely a memory passing through your current awareness. This cycle of revisiting the old allows you to see how much of your current stability is built upon the foundations of what you have outgrown.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
