Alice CandorAn old employer appears in a dream as a figure that holds the weight of how you sustain your existence. This symbol marks a period where the structures that once provided your direction or your security are losing their vitality, perhaps even their relevance to who you are becoming. You may find yourself looking back at the ways you have been directed by external demands, sensing that the old rules of your livelihood are no longer capable of containing your current growth.
The presence of this figure indicates that the ground upon which you built your certainty is beginning to shift and wear away. This movement points toward a transition in how you relate to the forces that govern your daily life and your sense of worth. You might find yourself holding onto old ways of serving others even as the power those ways once held begins to vanish. You possess the capacity to redefine what it means to be supported, even as the old structures dissolve. The dream leaves you facing the slow crumbling of a roof that no longer covers you.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
