Alice CandorAn unfinished assignment in a dream may be the heavy pull of a debt you have yet to pay to your own integrity. This tension suggests a movement where a part of your inner life is being held in suspense, waiting for a resolution that you are currently avoiding. You may feel this dream as a pressure that stays at the edge of your vision, a demand for a wholeness that you are not yet ready to meet.
This suspended state functions like an unanchored vessel, drifting because the work required to secure it has been deferred. The dream points to a cycle of beginnings that lack the momentum to reach their conclusion, leaving you to carry the ghost of a duty without the satisfaction of its end. There is a possibility that this avoidance creates a subtle exhaustion, as the mind continues to circle a task that remains open. Your capacity to finalize what you have started is the strength that resides in your current hesitation. You are learning to recognize the shape of the anchor you have yet to drop.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
