Alice CandorBeing chased by a donkey suggests a movement where you are attempting to outrun a persistent aspect of your own folly. You might feel the weight of a recurring error in judgment that refuses to stay in the past, pressing against your current way of living. This dream may emerge when you find yourself in a state of flight, trying to maintain a distance from a realization that is gaining on you.
The chase is an encounter with the friction between your impulse to hide and the reality of your own lack of clarity. This pursuit can feel like an approaching shadow of your own making, one that refuses to be left behind. There is a risk that this avoidance might exhaust your psychic resources as you struggle to stay ahead of what you refuse to acknowledge. Your ability to integrate this stubborn part of yourself remains a possibility for growth. This dream is a way for you to encounter the very thing you are trying to outrun, turning the chase into a way of finally seeing the figure that follows you.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
