Alice CandorBeing chased by the government in a dream suggests that you are running from a decree you have not yet acknowledged within yourself. This flight indicates a movement away from an internal necessity to align your private conduct with a higher or more rigid standard of order. You treat your conscience as a stranger, trying to stay ahead of a duty that follows you like a silhouette.
The weight of this pursuit rests in the feeling that a final reckoning is approaching, as if the structures you have built to manage your life are now turning to overtake you. This pressure arises when the parts of your character that require regulation are being treated as intruders rather than as part of your own integrity. Your refusal to face these inner rules leaves you in a state of constant looking back. You hold the strength to meet these requirements, transforming a desperate run into a calm step toward your own center.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
