Alice CandorA hair salon is the site where you negotiate the version of yourself that you offer to the world. This dream may suggest a movement toward adjusting the image you present to others, as you weigh how much of your internal truth you allow to surface in your public life.
The process of being shaped by an outside hand might be a way of examining how much control you yield to the expectations of your social circle. An inability to move forward can leave you stuck in the tension of a shift that has not yet taken hold. You might find that you are standing on the threshold of a new way of being perceived, where the mask you wear begins to settle into a more honest shape.
Waiting in a hair salon can mean that you are in a state of suspension, caught between the person you were and the version of yourself you are preparing to show. This delay in the dream suggests that the shift in your standing is not yet complete, as you hold your breath for a change that is still gathering its strength.
A salon with a tidy styling shows you how you are keeping your name clean and your presence orderly before the eyes of the world.
Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
