Alice CandorBeing in a horror movie suggests that you are currently caught in a cycle of manufactured worry that serves no purpose other than to exhaust your spirit. This dream may appear when you are treating your own anxieties as if they were inevitable threats, adopting a stance of tension that keeps you perpetually waiting for a blow that never lands. You are perhaps feeding a narrative of dread that relies on shadows and sudden jolts rather than the reality of your actual circumstances.
This tendency to inhabit a state of constant, unearned alarm functions like a script that you follow without questioning its necessity. When you allow these patterns to dictate your internal weather, you lose the ability to distinguish between a genuine crisis and the mere theater of fear. The weight of this manufactured tension is a burden you carry into your waking life, often mistaking the intensity of the feeling for the truth of the situation. You possess the capacity to witness these rising tides of panic with an undisturbed composure. By observing the movement of these fears without being swept up in their choreography, you find that the terror loses its grip on you. The shadows of the horror movie only hold power as long as you remain a participant in the fright.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
