Alice CandorA sudden, sharp sting from a dragonfly marks a moment where a swift change in your inner atmosphere arrives through a single, piercing realization. A piece of news or a sudden shift in perspective breaks through your composure rather than simply passing by. A fleeting movement of the mind meets a strike that forces you to stay.
This contact starts an internal movement that you cannot easily set aside. The sting punctures your defenses and brings a truth into the light that you might have been avoiding. There is a risk that this encounter leaves a mark of irritation that lingers in your psyche. You are experiencing the way a small, agile force can disrupt the equilibrium of a much larger state of being. The sting is the needle that threads a new awareness into the fabric of your daily life.
