Alice CandorBuilding stairs in a dream may signal an attempt to construct the very framework of your own progress. This movement suggests that you are currently engaged in the labor of establishing a new way to ascend, a process of creating the support you need to reach a different level of being. This construction is an internal architecture, a way of organizing your efforts so that your growth is no longer accidental but is instead a structure you have designed for yourself.
The work you do in this dream shows how you are currently putting together the parts of your own climb. As you work on building stairs, you are deciding how much weight your ambitions can carry and how much stability you require to feel secure in your rise. There is a possibility that this labor feels repetitive or that the foundation you are laying is difficult to stabilize, which may leave you feeling stalled in your development. Your capacity to design these steps is what allows you to move toward a more integrated sense of purpose.
Fixing stairs in a dream indicates that you are actively addressing the interruptions in your own ascent. This effort suggests you are tending to the structural failures that once caused your movement to halt, allowing you to mend the path you are currently treading.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
