Alice CandorBuying bread in a dream marks a movement toward the foundations of your own existence, as you reach for the very things that allow you to persist. You are moving into a time of gathering what you need to stay alive, focusing on the basic requirements of your own being.
The nourishment you seek is often the shadow of what you have been neglecting, a slow gathering of what is required to keep your spirit from thinning. You may find that this dream points to a hunger for stability that you have not yet permitted yourself to acknowledge in the light of day. A lack in how you meet your needs shows a pull between what you hold and what you must find to remain whole. The act of securing these essentials is your way of tending to the hearth of your own identity.
Fresh bread in your dream suggests that what you are gathering provides a living energy, turning the task of securing your life into a way of breathing again.
Brown bread makes the dream feel more heavy and certain, as if the way you support yourself is becoming tied to the hard, honest truths of your world.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
