Alice CandorBuying groceries in a dream may suggest how you are currently tending to the immediate requirements of your own existence. You are turning your attention to the basic things that keep your life moving, looking for the means to fuel your days.
You gather these items to manage the small, repeating needs of your world. You attempt to find footing in the very rituals that keep your life in motion. A lack of nourishment may weigh on you if the process feels empty, as if the core of your being is being overlooked.
The plenty you collect points to how you are readying yourself for what follows. Your capacity to meet these fundamental needs provides a stable ground upon which you can stand. This dream shows you that you are already capable of securing the sustenance that your life requires.
Buying a lot of groceries in a dream strengthens the sense of your own preparedness, as the increased volume suggests an expansion of the security you are building. This much provision shows you are building a reserve that goes far beyond what is strictly required.
