Alice CandorPraying is the way you reach for what is out of your hands. This dream may appear when you are reaching for a connection to something greater, attempting to bridge the gap between your isolated self and the vastness of what lies beyond your control.
The weight of this reaching can sometimes feel like a heavy silence. You may find that the act of seeking does not immediately resolve the tension of your solitude, leaving you in a state of suspended expectation. This openness to the unknown is what allows the prayer to be a vessel for your deepest needs.
A prayer in tears reveals that your reaching comes from a place of absolute necessity. The salt of your emotion clarifies the direction of your movement, turning a general reaching into a specific attempt to find relief through the acknowledgment of your own vulnerability.
The direction of your reaching changes when you aim it at specific worldly or moral struggles. A dream of praying for football or praying against evil indicates that your inner movement is currently being channeled into the management of life’s unpredictable tides or the avoidance of disaster. These dreams show that you are trying to use your spiritual reach to stabilize the external chaos or the moral tensions that surround you.
Praying for people amidst a roar of voices turns your inward movement toward the turbulence of the many. This dream indicates that your attempt to find connection is being complicated by the agitation of the collective, suggesting that your search for meaning is currently lost in the noise of social unrest.
Worshiping in terror shifts the nature of your reaching toward a dread of being seen or judged. This dream suggests that your attempt to yield to something higher is currently blocked by a fear of what that surrender might demand of you, turning the act of connection into a source of apprehension.
I had a dream that I was in this kitchen and I look at the window and those colorful windows that they have in these churches I saw that and I fell on my knees and I was praying saying thank you God looking at this color window with this man figure on it
