Alice CandorThe attempt at catching a goat reveals how you might be trying to secure a part of your life that is inherently resistant to being held. This dream suggests a movement toward a simplicity or a certain fixedness that refuses to be captured by your current methods. You are reaching for something that maintains its own direction, a stubborn reality that does not bend to your will.
A shadow of friction exists in this dream, as the very thing you seek to grasp remains elusive and unyielding. This struggle can leave you feeling as though you are pursuing a ghost of a stability that is not yet ready to be possessed. Your efforts to pin down these certainties show how you meet the parts of your life that refuse to follow your lead, and the dream leaves you with the heavy breathing of the hunt.
Chasing a goat changes the stillness of the capture into an active exhaustion, because the movement itself becomes the primary experience of your frustration. By pursuing the animal, you find that the distance between your intent and your reach grows wider with every step.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
