Alice CandorChecking into a hotel suggests a movement toward a temporary state of being where nothing is yet anchored. You are moving through a stretch of time where you occupy a position that has no roots. This dream shows a psychic space of transit, a place where your moving parts seek a rest that does not require a permanent arrival.
The lack of a lasting home in this dream indicates that you are currently navigating unsettled affairs that keep you from settling into your own skin. You might be holding yourself at a distance from your own foundations, choosing the fluidity of a passing station over the weight of a settled life. This way of existing keeps your core identity in a state of suspension, where you are merely a guest in your own experience. This transient quality is the terrain of a mind that is not yet ready to inhabit its own permanence.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
