Dream about chips

Chips are the small, quick impulses that occupy your attention. This dream suggests a movement toward the superficial, where the mind seeks the easy satisfaction of a momentary urge rather than the slow building of something lasting. You may find yourself grazing on the surface of experiences, gathering a series of thin, salty moments that leave the deeper hunger of your life unaddressed.

These thin layers of flavor hide the heavy truth of what you are turning away from. By focusing on the minor and the rapid, you keep the substantial parts of your character at a distance. This tendency to collect small, inconsequential joys serves to distract you from a growing sense of emptiness. You are using these small bites to keep your attention from settling on the stillness. The appetite you are feeding is one that consumes without ever truly nourishing.

The act of eating chips points to how you are currently absorbing these fleeting sensations. Because you are actively taking them in, the dream suggests that you are participating in your own distraction. This movement of consumption is a way to fill a void with something that dissolves almost as soon as it is tasted.

The way you engage with plantain chips or buying chips shifts the focus toward how you acquire and value these small diversions. Whether you are seeking them out or simply accepting the modest satisfaction they offer, you are spending your life on things that vanish the moment they are touched.
