Alice CandorCigarette smoke may be a way you drift through a haze of your own making, seeking a warmth that vanishes as soon as it is felt. This dream suggests a movement toward a temporary relief that serves to veil the very realities you are attempting to soothe. You might find yourself leaning into these ephemeral comforts to avoid the sharpness of an unadorned truth.
The fog of this dream is a curtain that keeps the lines of your life from coming into focus. While the softness of the haze offers a momentary respite from the cold, it also keeps the essential contours of your life out of sight. A clarity that you are currently avoiding remains present, waiting behind the veil of cigarette smoke.
The scent of cigarette smoke in your dream makes the experience more intimate, as the smell carries that vanishing solace deep into your lungs.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
