Alice CandorCleaning feet in a dream might suggest that you are attempting to strip away the exhaustion of a long journey to find a clearer sense of where you are going. This movement often points to a desire to settle the accounts of your recent travels, whether those travels are physical or purely internal, so that the dust of old efforts does not cloud your current footing. You may be looking for a way to separate the person you have become through your struggles from the very methods you used to survive them.
The weight of the path you have walked can sometimes feel like a heavy layer that refuses to be shaken off. If the traces of the road remain, you might find that old patterns of movement continue to shape your stride. You possess the capacity to distinguish between the progress you have made and the debris you have gathered along the way, allowing the act of cleaning feet to become a way of deciding which parts of your history are worth carrying forward.
You may find that having someone else perform the washing in your dream shifts the focus from your own agency to a need for external grace or support. This involvement of another person suggests that the relief you seek from the strain of your progress is currently something you are looking to receive rather than something you are producing for yourself.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
