Alice CandorDrowning in oil suggests a movement where the very things that should provide you with nourishment and stability have become a weight that prevents your breathing. You may find yourself submerged in a substance that is meant to sustain the rhythm of your life, yet this abundance has turned into a medium that isolates you from the air.
The feeling of being overwhelmed by these resources points to a threshold where the support you rely on begins to stifle the very agency it was meant to protect. You may be standing in a place where the comforts and provisions of your existence have lost their clarity and lightness, turning instead into a thick, inescapable presence. The density of this liquid marks a life that has grown too heavy with its own needs.
You possess the capacity to navigate through even the most viscous layers of your own experience. This dream shows you the point where the tide of your own sustenance meets its limit, leaving you to find the surface within the dark sheen of the oil.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
