Alice CandorFighting with the police in a dream suggests a struggle against the internal mechanisms of judgment that you use to measure your own worth. This movement arises when the part of you that seeks to maintain a moral or social standard turns into an adversary, creating a friction that prevents any sense of peace. You may be experiencing a collision between your instinctive impulses and the rigid structures you have built to contain them.
The weight of this conflict lies in the way you might be treating your own conscience as an external force to be resisted rather than a guide to be understood. This internal friction can make the process of self-regulation feel like a battleground where no ground is truly won. You are currently navigating the tension between the desire for freedom and the necessity of a governing principle. Such a struggle is an indication that your inner sense of accountability is seeking a more integrated form of expression.
The dream reveals that you are already capable of facing these difficult standards without being broken by them. This process of resisting the internal law allows you to refine the very structures you are fighting.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
