Alice CandorGetting accepted into college may point to a movement within you toward a higher recognition of your own capacity for growth. This dream often surfaces when the psyche is weighing the value of your social standing against the genuine hunger for a more refined version of yourself. You might be standing at a threshold where the desire to be validated by an institution mirrors a need to validate your own internal progress.
The drive for rank can act as a way to flee from the feeling that you are not enough, as if a certificate could finally close the distance between your current self and the person you imagine yourself to be. Your inner life may be working through the pull of public honors against the hard labor of your own development. The dream holds the risk that you are looking for the world to prove a worth that you have not yet recognized in yourself. You are negotiating how you fit into a ladder of merit in this dream.
Enrolling in college or getting admission to college shifts the focus from the hope of being chosen to the active commitment of stepping into a new role. These dreams suggest that the movement toward advancement is no longer just a wish, but a process of settling into the discipline required for your own expansion.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
