I show myself in a dream trying to help some of my sick friends 3 in number but the cash i had was too little to share amongst them. On the contrary as i was thinking on what to do, My country president appeared in the same dream as sick too. He was so close to me and we both spend the night together in the same bed with my family(wife and son)
I figured out how to help the 4 people with the little cash but failed and suddenly woke up.
