Alice CandorHiding from an intruder in a dream suggests that a part of your own experience is being treated as an enemy that must be kept at bay. This movement reveals a tension between your need for sanctuary and a rising pressure that threatens to breach your internal borders. You may find that you are retreating from a realization or a feeling that feels too invasive to permit into your conscious awareness.
The shadow of this dream is the way you might be closing yourself off to protect a peace that is already being disturbed. This defensive posture creates a barrier that excludes the very awareness you need to meet the pressure. Your ability to remain present with what is unfolding is currently being tested by this impulse to vanish. You possess the capacity to recognize the threshold where protection becomes a form of isolation. This dream is a movement toward finding the strength to face what approaches without retreating into the dark.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
