Alice CandorKilling a monitor lizard suggests a movement toward resolving a threat that has been waiting in the shadows of your awareness. This dream may point to an encounter with a form of hostility that does not strike with sudden force, but instead lingers with a cold, calculated patience. You are addressing a tension that has been coiled in the periphery of your life, a presence that survives by remaining still and unobserved.
The act of ending this threat shows you are facing the resentments or the predatory influences that have occupied your mental space. Such a confrontation can feel like breaking a long, uneasy stillness, yet it serves to clear the ground of a malice that was simply waiting for the right moment to move. A shadow that was once watching you is being removed by your own hand. This dream allows you to reclaim the territory that was being watched by an old enmity.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
