Alice CandorKilling sheep in a dream suggests a movement toward the destruction of your own gentleness, as if you are actively dismantling the parts of yourself that are most yielding. This internal severance happens when the impulse to protect your softness is replaced by a drive to eliminate any perceived vulnerability. You may be finding that the qualities which once offered you peace now feel like obstacles to a harder, more efficient way of being.
The shepherd’s crook you hold in this dream steers you away from kindness, turning what was once a way to nurture into a way to cut things off. This shift indicates that your current way of navigating the world involves a deliberate pruning of your own capacity for trust. You are standing in a place where the tenderness you once tended is being cleared away. The act of killing sheep is a way you are currently negotiating with your own capacity for mercy.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
