Alice CandorAn old job in a dream may signal a movement toward a part of your life that you have left behind or perhaps a duty you once held as your own. You are looking at something you once walked away from, as if an internal circle is trying to close itself.
The weight of an old job in such a dream might show how you carry your obligations. You are deciding if you are stepping back into these roles by your own choice or if you are being pulled back by what you still owe to that time. This dream marks a time when you are facing how you have spent your strength and where you are finding a new way to use your hands. You are reclaiming a rhythm that was once yours.
Going back to a previous job in a dream can indicate a more active attempt to re-establish a connection with an earlier version of your livelihood. You are making a deliberate choice to pick up a thread you once let go.
Being at or returning to an old job in a dream implies that a former way of being is no longer just a memory but a present space you are inhabiting. This movement suggests that the structures you once used to navigate your world are being brought back into your awareness to be used or resolved.
A past job in a dream is a ghost of a former duty, reminding you of the specific roles you have inhabited. This vision shows how your current self is built upon the foundations of what you once did.

I dreamed that my old supervisor called me on the phone and offered me to go work in Boston. The surprise was that he told me that he hired my ex to work as a secretary .Once I arrived in Boston I found myself on a bench in a hotel corridor my ex passed by and was just being rude to me. But that didn’t surprise me.On one side of the hotel corridor I saw many water vending machines that were unplugged. I tried to see how they work and tried to plug one so it will work.
