Alice CandorSmelling flowers in a dream suggests an unfolding of an internal fragrance that you may be beginning to recognize. This movement of the senses indicates a period where the subtle, non-verbal aspects of your life are rising to the surface to be felt. You are moving toward a recognition of the inherent grace that exists in your current circumstances, even if you have not yet given these experiences a name.
You are learning to inhale the present moment instead of reaching for something that is not there. If you have been focused on the rigid structures of your waking world, this dream offers a softening of that focus. The scent connects your conscious intentions to the deeper, more intuitive layers of your being. You may find that your ability to appreciate the subtle qualities of your life is expanding.
The possibility exists that you are ignoring a certain sweetness in your life because you are waiting for a more obvious sign. You find yourself able to inhabit the beauty that is already blooming around you. This dream allows you to catch the scent of your own growing capacity for joy.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
