A man approached my son & reminded him of money my son owed him. My son corrected the figure owed (it was $10.00 more than what the man said). The man grabbed my son as though he was joking with him & made gunshot sounds. I saw a gun wrapped in plastic in the man’s hand & he fired it into my son’s hip area of his body.
