Alice CandorA nest suggests a movement toward the creation of a private space where you might find the stability required for your inner life to flourish. You are currently deciding how much of yourself to enclose within these walls, just as a structure reveals the weight of what it must protect.
The stability you seek is found in the way you gather the fragments of your experience to form a shelter. You may be navigating the tension between the need for openness and the necessity of a contained, secure center. The dream reveals a vulnerability in the way these boundaries are still being woven. The dream offers you a look at the slow, patient labor of making a place where you can rest. You are learning to weave your own sense of safety from the materials you have at hand.
Your sense of protection is deepened when you see a bird nest in this dream, because the presence of a natural structure implies that your search for security is a rhythmic, organic process rather than a forced construction. This detail suggests that the sanctuary you are building is an extension of your own vital instincts.
Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
