Alice CandorThe restriction of your movement in the dream suggests a retreat into the deepest, most secluded parts of your own psyche. Being trapped in a cave points to a time when the inner world turns from a shelter into a cell, where the boundaries of your own life press inward to block every way out.
This dream may signal a drift toward a silence that has grown too heavy to carry. You might find that the very places you once used to hide from the world now hold you fast, unable to move. A shadow of stagnation exists where the desire to withdraw has met a wall that will not move. Your capacity to seek refuge is currently a capacity to remain still.
The experience of being stuck in a cave adds a weight of permanence to the dream, as it transforms a temporary retreat into a state of halted progress. You are facing a stillness that has become a wall, where the ability to move forward has been replaced by an acceptance of the impasse.
Being lost in a cave strips away your sense of where you stand, as if the very ground has forgotten how to lead you home.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
