Alice CandorBuying rice suggests a movement toward gathering the fruits of your own labor, an inward turning where you prepare to welcome the nourishment that comes from what you have steadily built. This dream may show you standing before the things you have grown, looking at what you hold now and what you might still become.
How you choose to take these things shows how you stand in your own life. If you are moving from one stage to another, you are finding the difference between the ease of what is done and the work required for what is still to come. This dream holds the possibility of a depletion if the act of taking outweighs the capacity to sustain, a weight that rests in the balance of your current holdings. Your capacity to recognize your own worth is what allows the grain to become a source of strength. The work you have done is a field you are currently tending.
Buying raw rice places you in a state of gathering potential, where you are acquiring the unrefined elements of what might one day sustain you. You are looking at the hard, small things that must still be worked before they can offer any heat or life.
The dream of buying cooked rice brings the movement into the present moment of enjoyment and readiness. It suggests that the abundance you are seeking is already prepared and accessible, turning the dream toward the actualization of your efforts and the comfort of a cycle that has reached its completion.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
