It is dusk dark looks like a storm outside as I attempt to cross this narrow bridge. The water is up to the bottom of the bridge. As I move along suddenly I see the bridge is washed out. I panic and try to rock my car back and forth to turn around in this small narrow space. I am the only person on the bridge. No other person in sight at all.
