I was running to a lot that was fenced off with an Elephant walking along the fence and found myself in the building in the lot where I was seeing people cutting their toes off to allow them to pay for the vet bills. Along came a man who didn’t have any feet so he was trying to cut part of his leg off to pay. They couldn’t use a credit card since they were told it was the wrong one only toes would pay the bills.
