Alice CandorThe appearance of a number 3 in a dream suggests a movement toward a resolution that is currently being held in suspense. This pattern of three often points to a psychological stage where a tension between two opposing forces is seeking a third point of stability to find its balance. You may feel that a situation in your life is not yet a closed circle, but is instead an unfolding process that requires a specific rhythm of thought to reach its natural conclusion.
How you arrange your inner thoughts may reveal how you prepare for an appointed time of reckoning. You might find yourself waiting for the finality of a structure to settle, so that the gravity of your actions can be understood. There is a possibility that you are avoiding the moment when your efforts must be accounted for, leaving the accounts of your inner life temporarily unsettled. You possess the capacity to weave these disparate threads into a coherent whole. The dream leaves you standing at the threshold of this completed pattern, watching the three parts align.

Alice CandorInterpreter interprets your dreams
The figure that keeps coming back in a dream has usually been waiting a long time to be looked at. A dream tends to bring forward the side of a life that daylight leaves out. What feels alien in it might be the part of you most in need of a hearing. Nothing has to be settled tonight. Which detail stayed with you after waking?
