An event, an object, a place, a person... each one has its own interpretation. Read the symbols one by one, but keep in mind the feeling each one left you with. In the end, that one feeling that remains is the dream’s true interpretation.
If It Still Won’t Settle
You have read the symbols, and a feeling has stayed with you. If you can tell whether that feeling is a good sign or a bad one, then you have already interpreted your dream yourself.
But if it came to you tangled, if the pieces will not come together, or if a doubt has settled in, write your dream below, just as it was. The Messenger will interpret it for you; your prayers are thanks enough.

I dreamt that there was a serial killer in my town, and no one could go outside because of that. Then, out of nowhere, I saw my sister with no legs, she said that she had amputated her legs because then she wouldn’t be able to go outside and the serial killer wouldn’t catch her, that is all I remember.
I dreamt I was in a hospital–I think I worked there. A person who had no legs kept telling me about a female patient who was in a coma and pregnant. She told me we would have to terminate the pregnancy. She crawled on belly towards the patient, who I never did see. I woke up before I could learn if the patient was okay.
